Regular Shipping Option
Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS Parcel/Global Service, and/or R&L Carriers.
The carrier selection process is dynamic, and customer focused. Our selection process involves a strategic combination of carrier options including (but not limited to) shipping rates, shipping times, pickup times, and customer satisfaction.
We only deliver to the 48 Contiguous States.
Most order are packaged within four (4) hours of order placement (during business hours). Our handling time(s) exceed(s) the industry standard and we are constantly improving to stay ahead of our competition, to best satisfy our customers.
When you receive your package and suspect damage, please notify the carrier upon delivery and take pictures of the packaging prior to opening. We do our best to protect your purchase with our superior packaging process. If you do receive shipping damage, please contact us via our customer contact form and our customer support team will help you with the claim process.

To request express delivery, please call us to ensure the item is in stock.
Upgrading to Second Day Air does not change how long it takes us to ship products. It only reduces the travel time after leaving our warehouse. For example: an out of stock part might take two or more days to leave our warehouse, but then would be guaranteed (by Shipper) to arrive in two business days.
Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a quote. The charge for truck delivery is usually between $150 and $400 dollars. To schedule the best time for delivery, a daytime phone number is required on the order form. Truck deliveries will always attempt to contact you prior to delivery. (If you can’t be reached after 2 days, engines will be returned to the sender. You will be refunded the purchase price, minus the delivery and return shipping fees.) Delivery at a commercial location is highly preferred. Truck delivery drivers are not required to unload shipments. If a truck delivery driver assists with the unloading of a shipment, additional charges may apply. RP Sales will contact you with truck delivery pricing.
RP Sales does not offer international shipping at this time. We ship anywhere in the USA, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
RP Sales does not allow for backordering at this time.
